The database manages your patients and examinations and
offers numerous filter and sorting options.
The recorder programming also takes place in the database window, and for recorders with Bluetooth interface also the online system control.
The software offers you a wide range of options for import / export and, of course, for data archiving.
Optionally the software can also be installed and used in the network, so that different clients have access to the ECG data and reports.
The online plant control can also be used for monitoring and screening purposes, so that you get a clear overview of all relevant online data of your patient.
An online analysis works in the background, which enables an immediate classification of the data and thus also ensures automatic monitoring of your patient. Analysis parameters and alarm values can be specified individually.
For studies or swimming telemetry, examination procedures can be flexibly specified so that you can quickly and easily obtain comparable data sets.
When you analyze a stored record, the overall result is first displayed in the form of an event overview, so that you can quickly get an overview of the history of the recording and the events that occurred.
You can immediately access all detected events and - if necessary - make changes to the classification for single strokes or entire stroke classes.
With a mouse click, examples for the report can be stored and, of course, flexibly documented.
The actual "tidying up" takes place in the template analysis, in which the different morphologies are combined into corresponding impact classes.
These can be reclassified quickly and easily, either completely or just individually.
The stroke classes are of course synchronized with the ECG window, so that when you evaluate the individual strokes, not only the respective QRS complex, but also the corresponding sequences are displayed.
Finally, your changes are incorporated into the overall result by a reanalysis.
A further control option for the individual impact classes is offered by the 3D display, in which an adjustable number of complexes are displayed one after the other, which can then be scrolled through again page by page.
This allows you to very quickly check the automatic classification of the system and change it if necessary.
The trend analysis shows you either the course of the heart rate, the RR times or the ST changes over the entire examination period or selected time ranges.
You can move the mouse to the interesting passages and immediately evaluate the corresponding ECG sequence.
The desired trend curves can be stored for the report
In the ECG overview window you can display and evaluate more than 1 hour of ECG data in one window. Thus you can visualize the data of the entire recording and then browse through it manually or automatically.
In case of anomalies, a short mouse click is sufficient to display the corresponding ECG sequence in the ECG window.
In this overview, data areas of any size can be excluded from the analysis.Any number of pages can be stored for the report.

The CardioExplorer software of course also includes the heart frequency variability analysis, which is analyzed in both time and frequency domain. All standrad parameters are calculated and clearly summarized.
If you want to use other software packages for the HRV for further analyses, you can export either the ECG raw data or the RR times of the entire examination. This data can then be imported and analyzed with the HRV scanner or the Kubios HRV software.

If desired, you can also have the essential rhythm disturbances over the time domain graphically displayed and, of course, documented.
The documentation can be selected individually for each patient and then printed directly or first checked in a print preview.

At this point, you can also adapt your printout to suit your requirements and remove or insert complete pages or individual objects.

Your report can also be generated as a Word document at the click of a mouse, so that findings can also be made here with the aid of text modules.
The Word document can be automatically saved on your server and inserted into the patient file.
